Afternoon Cookery Demonstrations
Cookery demonstrations take place almost every weekday at the School from 1.45pm to 5.00pm. Join our students for an afternoon.
Sustainable Food Program
This new 6 Week course at Ballymaloe Cookery School and Organic Farm teaches students how to build a viable future through food systems and culture.
5 Week Summer Course 2020
Our 5 Week Summer Cookery Course is very popular with those who can't quite find the time to come on our 12 Week Course but are still interested in the full Ballymaloe Experience
Fermentation is and has always been an important part of a healthy diet. We have lost many of the traditional fermented foods that would have been part of our diet. Come and visit us and learn how to put these foods back into your familys diet.

Our Organic Farm
Our 100-acre organic farm provides us with an incredible variety of delicious fruit & vegetables. While you are a student here you have access to the farm on a daily basis. It is also possible to visit on a Farm Walk.

Our gardens are open to the public all year-round. A most pleasurable morning or afternoon can be passed meandering from one to the next. Wander through at your own pace alone or with friends or, if you prefer, our knowledgeable Garden Guides can accompany you during your visit...
