Afternoon Cookery Demonstrations - Ballymaloe Cookery School

 
Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

Zucchini Carpaccio with Anchovy and Flowers

Hot-Smoked Salmon with Pickled Cucamelons, Horseradish and Chervil Cream

Chanterelle Mushroom Custards with Tarragon Toasts

Tacos with Slow Cooked Pork and Chilli Chipotle Mayonnaise

Claudia Roden’s Tagine of Lamb with Baby Caramelized Onions and Pears 

Couscous with Apricots and Pistachios

Fish Fragrant Aubergines

Fig, Frangipane and Pistachio Tart with Crème Fraiche
