Afternoon Cookery Demonstrations - Ballymaloe Cookery School

 
Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

Warm Smoked Mackerel with Samphire, Roast Peppers

  • How to roast peppers

Salad of Warm Smoked Salmon with Blueberries, Avocado, Walnuts and Greens

Bull’s Heart Tomatoes with Smoked Mackerel, Shallots and Dill

Crushed Potato salad with Lovage Mayo

  • Choux pastry

Savoury Choux

Gougére with Scrambled Egg and Mushrooms

Profiteroles with Chocolate and Pistachio; Banana and Chocolate Sauce
