Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

Curried Parsnip Soup with Parsnip Crisps

Celeriac and Hazelnut Soup, Chorizo Crumbs

  • Basic beef burgers and variations

Burgers with Guacamole and French Fried Onions

Burgers with Ginger Mushrooms and Buffalo Chips

  • Cheese burger
  • Pork burger

Grilled Pork Burgers, Fennell, Pistachios, Parsnip Crisps; Apple, Plum or Damson Sauce

Apple, Tomato Chutney

  • Lamb burger

Spiced Lamburgers with Banana, Yoghurt Raita

  • Bread - Homemade Burger Buns

Tomato Ketchup

  • The perfect chip

Frites; Buffalo Chips; Garlic Crisps

Roast Onions

Variation: Seared Onions or Leeks

Green Salad, Roquefort or Cashel Blue Dressing

Spiced Pan Roasted Pear Cake or Sticky Toffee Pudding

Variation: Sticky Toffee Pudding, Jersey Cream and Pears
