Afternoon Cookery Demonstrations - Ballymaloe Cookery School

 
Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

Almost Instant Tomato and Basil Soup

Basil Pesto

Sue’s Oatmeal Bread

Grilled or Flash Roasted Salmon or Mackerel with Roast Pepper, Tomato and Olive Salsa

Sorrel or Chervil Mayonnaise

Moroccan Chickpea Tagine

Couscous with Mint

Lavender and Honey Panna cotta with Poached Peaches, and Raspberries

Chocolate Coconut Cake
