Afternoon Cookery Demonstrations - Ballymaloe Cookery School

 
Afternoon Cookery Classes begin at 2PM, however please try to be at cookery school for 1:45PM. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration. Please note you will be joining our main student body for this demonstration.

Take some Fish and Meat

Warm Smoked Fish in a biscuit tin

Hot Smoked Mackerel with Beef Tomatoes, Red Onion and Dill

Mehmet’s Lamb Stew with Bulgur Pilaff

Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes

Pasta Salad - Summer Pasta with Zucchini, Sugar Snaps and Peas

One Pot: Ham Hocks with Haricot Bean and Tomato Stew and Basil Pesto

Ice-Cream with Salted Caramel Sauce

Chocolate Chip Cookies
