The perfect introductory course for anyone keen to up their culinary skills and increase their home cooking repertoire, this half-day course also gives you a tempting taste of the Ballymaloe Cookery School experience.

Headed up by TV chef and best-selling cookbook author Rachel Allen, our team will take you through everything from making your own bread to creating standout starters, salads, mains and dessert. In just a few hours, you will be given all the necessary techniques to work skillfully in the kitchen through a variety of hands-on demonstrations, all topped off by an informal dinner in the stunning surroundings of the Ballymaloe Cookery School where you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
