Over 35 years Ballymaloe Cookery School has been visited by a great number of great chefs from all over the world.  Our very first guest chef was a chineese chef from London Deh-Ta-Hsuing, we have also been lucky enough to watch Madhur Jaffery, Claudia Roden, Stephanie Alexander show us there tips and tricks and in more recent years we have hosted some of London's hottest chefs such as

  • Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi from Ottolenghi restaurants
  • Jacob Kenedy 
  • Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich from Honey and Co.
  • Thomosina Miers from Wahaca
  • Claire Ptak from Violet Bakery
