Nikki Walsh completed the 12 Week Certificate course in 1990 and has since gone on to open her very own cookery school, which is going from strength to strength. With a focus on working with locally sourced produce, and operating as sustainably as possible, Nikki's ethos mirrors our own here at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
Founded in 2011, the cookery school offers a wide range of cooking classes, team building events, demonstrations, as well as The Moveable Cookery School.
