12 week students - bread & chicken - Ballymaloe Cookery School

Some of the 12 week students starting their day in the bread shed and then leaning how to joint a chicken with our teachers in the kitchens to use in several delicious dishes, before enjoying them all for lunch.

 

In the afternoon the students watch the demonstration, (which is also open to the public, click here) to see what they will be cooking the following morning and pick up any tips and tricks before trying it out themselves with our teachers.
