We will share with you our favourite Spring Delights in this Afternoon Demonstration. Come along and join us when we will show you upwards of 10 delicious recipes to add to your repetoire. Expect some delicoius greens as the new year shoots arrive.
Course elements
- A demonstration session, showing how dishes are prepared from scratch. Teachers share a wealth of knowledge through their expert tips and techniques. Students can ask questions throughout the demonstration.
- A tasting at the end of the demonstration of everything that has been cooked.
