Dodi Orfali & Peter

Leaving a career in recruitment behind her, Ennis native Doria Orfali took a leap of faith and signed up for the Ballymaloe 12 week Certificate Course in the Spring of 2016.

Since then she has returned to Co. Clare but relocated to the seaside town of Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way where the waves are big and the surfers come in droves to Doria's new café Dodi which opened in June of 2017. Here the focus is on quality fresh ingredients. good coffee and a menu inspired be her Lebanese heritage as well as a stint working at Ottolenghi in London.
