We're looking forward to our next Slow Food event on Wednesday 15th June. Robert Mosse, who comes from a long line of millers, will tell us the story of his renowned family business, Kell's Mills. He'll also give us a demonstration on the various types of grain and flours that are available to us, and we'll be treated to some of Kell's delicious wholemeal baked goods - a must for anyone with an interest in baking or bread-making!
