A reminder to all about our next Slow Food Ireland taking place tomorrow night here at the school at 7pm with Blanco Niño. Based in beautiful Clonmel they produce all natural, authentic, naturally gluten free and all round awesome corn tortillas and tortilla chips. To do this they work with great, passionate and sustainability-focused farmers growing non-GM corn.
