We are really delighted to be welcoming Dearbhla Reynolds to the cookery school to give a demonstration on her fermented Foods.  

Dearbhlas has been fermenting for almost a decade now and was at the forefront of the Irish return to Fermenting.  Running her early classes out of the OX restaurant in Belfast she taught many of the first wave of Irish Fermenters.

Her book 'The Cultured Club' was voted The Bord Gáis Energy Irish Book Awards 2016.
