Congratulations to Niav Halpin, @Home4Tea, who was judged the winner of Rory O'Connell's 'How To Cook Well' competition.
The winning entry was of Rory's delicious Summer Raspberry Fool with Vanilla Shortbread Biscuits. Niav presented her fool in a trio of pretty glasses, garnished with sprigs of mint with a plate of heart-shaped shortbread biscuits.
