Darina will be participating in Abergavenny's Food Festival 2015 18th - 20th September along with 50 other foodies, such as Raymond Blanc and Tom Kerridge, to share her years of culinary expertise and passion for all things food!
On Saturday 19th September from 12:30 - 13:30, she will demonstrate how to prepare the finest local and seasonal produce with techniques from her repertoire of 40 years of cooking.
