Date: April 20, 2017
We have an exciting new course we have introduced to our Summer 2017 schedule.
You might know someone who would love to attend - spread the word:
For many years, we’ve wanted to offer this course so we can utilise all the resources of the 100 acre organic farm and gardens here at the school to pass on the skills and knowledge of sustainable food production.
Participants will spend time in the
herb, vegetable and fruit gardens,
our new urban garden,
and cookery school.
The various modules will help the students to explore the dynamics between sustainable food systems, climate change, the environment, health and well-being.
This intensive course will provide a foundation of knowledge that can be used in many approaches within a broad spectrum of interests, businesses and professions within the food industry so it is relevant to a wide range of people.
